My Webex Site Only Appears in Search Results
Search results are the only place where my Webex site appears.
My Webex site cannot be accessed from my computer.
When I attempt to navigate to my Webex site, I get results from the Google search engine.
Despite the fact that Webex sites appear in search results, they do not appear in the browser.
Users of browsers with TLS 1.2 support who are not able to reach their Webex site beginning on August 3, 2018 may have issues connecting to their Webex site.
If you try to enter the URL of the site, you may get a list of search results.
The following error messages may also appear on your screen: An error occurred when trying to access a Webex site. The error message was: ‘Couldn’t access this page securely’
Cause: Cisco Webex is now only supporting TLS 1.2 connections for new connections as of August 3, 2018. In the future, TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 will no longer be supported.

It is very important that you first make sure you are using a web browser that is capable of supporting TLS 1.2, and that you have made sure that TLS 1.2 is enabled in the settings of your web browser in order to resolve this issue.
