Network Test on Webex Rooms
As part of the initial setup wizard, you will be able to test your network connection. Once your device has been activated, you can also test the Webex connectivity.
Webex activation codes are required when you register your device with Webex during the setup wizard. Cloud Connection Test appears if you are having trouble connecting to Webex. Check connectivity by selecting it. Upon failure of the test, you can view the status of the network and the test result on the network page.
Once your device is activated, follow these steps to test Webex connectivity:
- Go to the top left corner of your screen and tap Settings.
- Click on the Diagnostics and Issues tab.
- Test Webex connectivity by tapping it.
If you want to send the logs to the administrator, you can use the send logs feature in the application log.
