For Administrators
Cisco Webex Control Hub
Control Hub is a centralized administration site that provides management for all of the Cisco collaboration services, including calling, meetings, messaging, and devices. Following the completion of the update, an email with the Control Hub account activation link will be sent to the address that you provided in the upgrade request.
Analytics. Utilize in-depth and interactive information on user behavior for analytical purposes, such as:
- A data update every 10 minutes ensures that you may confidently report at any time.
- analytics for meetings and reports on the quality of networks
- Determine which users are experiencing consistent problems with the network’s quality, and then cross-launch into debugging.
- Key performance indicators and measures for the quality of the network, include VoIP, video, and join meeting time (JMT).
- charts depicting trends alongside summaries of statistics
- correlations with the many types of connections and regions and locations
Real-Time Troubleshooting.
- Locate a gathering at which users are reporting problems in order to perform real-time problem solving.
- You can view granular information on the audio, video, and sharing quality of a meeting by drilling down into the meetings on a participant-by-participant basis.
- Examine the amount of processing power being utilized by the device that was used to join the meeting by each participant.
You can diagnose issues as soon as they occur thanks to the data being updated every minute.
You may also utilize Control Hub to easily add Cisco Webex cloud-registered boards and video devices to your organization’s Webex instance, as well as to set up Webex app security, data retention, and compliance policies for your business.

The Meetings user administration will continue to be handled within Site Administration for upgraded Webex sites. Soon, we will offer upgrade options so that Meetings user administration can also be moved to Control Hub. This will take place in the not too distant future.
