No Image on a Screen Connected to a Room Device in webex
You can use the following tips to discover what the issue may be if you are unable to see an image from your room device or laptop on the screen.

Please make sure the cables are connected to the correct ports on the monitor as well as the room device or laptop for connections.

Be sure that your monitor has been set to the correct input so that you can see what you are doing.

Replace the suspected cable with a standard cable of another type. The cable should be within the specifications that are stated for the particular cable type. It is very important to use cables that are well within the specifications of the cable manufacturer and that don’t have any extenders, splitters, or converters attached to them if you are running cables that are near the limits of the specifications. All equipment should then be restarted at the same time.

Check to make sure that other equipment can connect to the cable.

The display of another device, which is connected to the same input on the screen, should be correct as well.

If at all possible, try connecting the video system or laptop to a different monitor in order to see if the problem can be fixed there.
