Troubleshooting missing audio in NBR file playback
MP4 Recordings are default in Webex Meetings 40.10
Webex Meetings will be capable of storing all new recordings in MP4 format starting with the October (40.10) update with a video-centric experience, whether they are stored remotely or locally at the site or host level, as selected by the site or host manager. Standardizing the recording format will enable you to choose from a wider range of playback tools, as well as improve the security of your recordings, as well as provide you with an enhanced collaborative experience even after the meeting has ended. On the Webex site, you are still able to download or play existing recordings of the ARF and WRF sessions. Video-centric network-based MP4 recordings are available in Webex meetings and Webex events, and you can find more information about these recordings by visiting Video-Centric Network-Based MP4 Recordings.
