No video using Polycom HDX series endpoints in zoom App

Please check the following if you are using a Polycom HDX Series video endpoint and are unable to send or receive video but are able to send and receive audio:
- If you are using version 3.0.2 or earlier, make sure Diagnostic Mode is not enabled. Refer to page 12-2 of the Polycom HDX Systems Administrator’s Guide.
- Be sure your network or firewall settings are correct.
Please submit a Support Request with information about your device if you are still unable to connect to your Polycom HDX system.
