Open Microsoft OneDrive whiteboards on Board and Desk Series devices in webex

The Files button on your device allows you to view your Microsoft OneDrive whiteboards from anywhere.

If you are on a call, you are able to share files and whiteboards from OneDrive with your colleagues.

1. On the home screen, tap Files to open the file manager.
2. You can access your files by connecting to your OneDrive account and then signing in with your OneDrive account credentials. Using the files menu in the ECM, you can access your personal folder on OneDrive.
3. Now that you have saved a whiteboard, you can open it, edit it, or delete it. On your device you will also be able to view and open the files that you have saved. Select Import your work from the files menu of your ECM so that you can save new whiteboards to your ECM’s OneDrive.

When you have an open OneDrive whiteboard on your device, you have the option to tap new whiteboard. As soon as the new whiteboard is created, it will automatically be saved in the OneDrive folder in your account.
