Panelist Options in Events (classic) in Webex
You have the opportunity to provide assistance to the host of an event by serving as a panelist in Events (classic).
Designate a panelist
During the event (classic), panelists have the chance to interact with the host as well as contribute to the presentation. During an event, anyone attending the event has the option of being designated as a panelist by the event host. The number of panelists you can have at your event can reach up to 1000.
Designate panelists before an event
The following list of attendees can be designated as panelists before an event:

If you want to schedule an event on your Webex site, you need to sign in and go to Webex Events (classic).
Adding a panelist to an already scheduled event is as simple as selecting Site Events, choosing the event you want to add the panelist to, and clicking the Edit button.

Make sure that you select Create an invitation list under Presenters & Panelists.

The Create Panelist Invitation List window allows you to select contacts from your contact list to be added as panelists to the list. Select the Add to Invitation List option, and then enter the Full Name of the invitee and their email address.

As soon as all the panelists appear on the list of Panelists to invite, you should select the Invite option.

Make any other scheduling changes that you would like to make and select Schedule this Event or Update this Event as desired.
Designate Panelists During an Event
Any attendee can be promoted to a panelist during the course of an event. There is no limit to the number of panelists you can choose.

Select the View all attendees option on the Participants panel.

If you would like to designate an attendee as a panelist, you should first select the name of the attendee, and then select Make Panelist.
Panelist Roles and Privileges
The following can be done by a panelist during an event:

Be a part of discussions in which others listen to what you have to say.

In a Q & A session, you will have the opportunity to serve as a subject matter expert.

In the Q&A session, you will be able to ask and answer questions from attendees.

I will respond to all chat messages, whether they are public or private.

During a practice session, you will get to participate in a variety of exercises.

You can annotate documents that you share with others.

When the presenter grants the panelist annotation control over shared applications, web browsers, and desktops, the panelist can annotate them.

Manage polls as a polling coordinator by becoming a member of the polling committee.

Other panelists cannot be muted or unmuted by a panelist.
From the Panelist Privileges page on the Event Management site, the host can change panelist privileges during a live event.
Allow Panelists to Join through Video Systems
(Classic events) panelists can join the event using a video system and participate in the event. The video system cannot be used by attendees to join the meeting. It is necessary to promote attendees to panelists in order to share video at an event. Video can always be shared during an event by the host and panelists. Select Schedule an Event from Webex Events (classic) on your Webex site.
You can enable panelists to join with video devices by selecting Site Events, choosing the event you want them to join, and selecting Edit.

Allow Panelists to Upload Documents
It is possible to request panelists to upload documents or presentations when you schedule an event. On the Event Information page, you will see the files that panelists have uploaded.
