People Can’t Hear Me Well in webex
If you can’t hear well through your Cisco Headset 730, try these steps if you don’t hear well on the other end of your calls.

If you are wearing a headset on your head, make sure it faces forward. The microphones of a headset won’t function properly if you wear it backwards, so you should wear it on the right.

If your headset is connected to another Bluetooth device, you must disconnect it.

Take a look at another device and see if you can make a call.

You can use either a USB-C or a 3.5mm cable to connect to your device.

If the microphone is muted, make sure that it is not on.

Here is what you need to do on your device:

The Bluetooth device should be turned off and then turned back on again.

In order to reconnect your headset to the Bluetooth device list, you must remove the headset from the list of connected Bluetooth devices.
