Pinning participants’ videos in zoom App
Overview
When the host pins a video, it allows him to disable the view of active speakers and only view nine specific speakers, while the other meeting participants can pin one video. Videos can also be pinned in Zoom Rooms.
As long as the participant who is recording changes their video layout, the pinned video will be recorded if he or she is recording locally. The video pinned by another participant will only be visible to you and your local recording, not to other participants or the cloud.
Up to nine videos can also be highlighted by the host. The primary active speaker in spotlight video is a participant. Active speakers will only be visible to selected participants. Speakers are often highlighted with this feature.
