Playback control options for network-based Webex Meetings, Webex Training or Webex Events recordings
Find out how to customize the display when you play back recordings of meetings, training sessions, or events. The amount of your recording that can be viewed should also be determined.
ARF network-based meeting, training, or event recordings can be edited or added with playback control options. Besides editing recording information and trimming recording ends and beginnings, MP4 recordings can be edited as well.

When the recording is played back, it determines which panels are displayed. If you would like to include a panel as part of the recording playback, you can choose any of the following: Chat Q & A Video Polling Notes File Transfer Participants Table of Contents In the actual recording stored on the Webex network, panel display options do not affect the panel display. | The amount of recording played back is determined by this parameter. The following options are available: Full playback—The recording is played back in its entirety. The default setting is to select this option. Partial playback—The following options allow you to play back only part of a recording: Start—It specifies the time at which the recording should start playing back, in minutes and seconds. Here are some examples of when this option might be useful: A recording can be edited to exclude the "dead time" at the beginning. The recording can be shown only in part if you wish. End—The time to end playback is specified by X minutes X seconds. Using this option, you will be able to omit the recording's "dead time." Recordings cannot have an end time that exceeds their actual duration. Partially playing back a recording does not affect the recorded content on the server. | There is full control over the Network Recording Player, including the ability to pause, restart, stop, fast forward, and rewind the recording. How do I change my Webex Recording settings?
