Porting away from Zoom Phone
Zoom Phone can be easily ported away from. You should be able to get assistance from your new carrier regarding the porting process. You’ll need your port-out PIN and account number in order to port away from Zoom Phone. Refer to this article for more information.
Note: You will need to update the PSAP number to one that will not port out if your port out request is rejected as a result of the number being a PSAP number.

- Ownership or administrative privileges of the account
How to obtain your port-out PIN
- Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by logging in.
- Under Account Management, click Account Profile. Write down your Account Number.
- Then select Phone System Management from the navigation menu.
- Then select Settings from the Account drop-down list.
- In the Portout Verification section of the page, select the Verify button.
- The Portout PIN will be displayed if you click Change.
How to obtain your account number
- Register on Zoom’s web portal
- By clicking on My Account.
Your account number will appear next to Account Number.
How to obtain your address and company name
- Access the Zoom web portal by signing in.
- Choose Account Management and then Billing from the navigation menu.
- Click Billing Information in the top row.
- To obtain the Company Name and Address on file, use the Billing Contact section.
