Providing consent to be recorded in zoom App
Participants are asked if they consent to being recorded before joining a meeting that is already being recorded or when the host starts recording. This consent notification can be tailored for both internal and external meeting participants, depending on the account. It is also possible to customize this notification with additional information and a link to a privacy policy, for example.
Note: If you join a meeting while recording or live streaming is underway, your microphone and video will be muted if enabled by Zoom and an account admin. When you provide consent, your microphone and video settings for that meeting will revert to their defaults.
