Purchasing Zoom Events licenses

Zoom Events can only be used if you have purchased a Zoom Events license.

This article covers:

  • How to purchase Zoom Events licenses

  • How to assign Zoom Events licenses

Prerequisites for purchasing Zoom Events licenses

  • Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education account

  • Account owner or admin privileges

How to purchase a Zoom Events license

If you would like to purchase a Zoom Events license, please follow these steps:

  1. Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by signing in.

  2. Choose Plans & Pricing from the left sidebar menu at the top of the page

  3. If you click the Zoom Events & Webinar tab under Choose a plan, you will be taken to the Zoom Events page.

  4. You can purchase Zoom Events by clicking “Buy Now” under Zoom Events.

  5. Enter the required information in the Configure Products and Payment sections of the form by following the prompts.

      Note: In order to check out with Zoom Events, you will need to purchase Zoom Meetings as your base subscription.

  6. Place your order by clicking the Place Order button.

Note: Zoom can also be contacted if you need to make changes to your plan or if you wish to purchase a Zoom Events license. When you have completed the purchase of your Zoom Events license from Zoom, you will receive an email from Zoom.  

How to assign Zoom Events license

For more information about assigning Zoom Events licenses to Zoom accounts within your organization, please log in to the Zoom web portal.

Note: Zoom Events licenses can be assigned to users by account owners and admins who are in charge of the account.
