Raising your hand in a webinar in zoom App
A raise-the-hand feature in a webinar allows attendees, panelists, co-hosts, and the host to raise their hands in order to indicate that they need something from the host, the co-host, or from any of the other panelists. I would suggest for you as a webinar host to explain to your participants at the beginning of the webinar how you will use this feature. Many webinar hosts use this feature to inform them if an attendee has a question and would like to be unmuted so that they may ask their question.
Note:
You can also disable the raise hand feature if you are hosting a webinar and manage the participants that raise their hands.
