Reassign a User’s Recordings to Another Cisco Webex Account
Network-based recordings can be reassigned by site administrators. If you want to turn off a user account with important recordings but do not want them lost, you might need to do this.
- Go to the Webex Site Administration application and click on Users > Edit Users within the User Management section.
- Select the link directly next to the user ID of the user account you wish to manage and then click the login button.
- To get to the section where recording and content management can be found, scroll to the bottom.
- Make sure the box titled Recordings is selected, then select Reassign.
- Select the records that you wish to reassign to a new owner on the Reassign Owner page. Once this is done, select OK.
The new owner of the Webex site will need to sign into the user interface, and go to the My Webex section, followed by My Files, and then My Recordings to locate the recordings.
