Why is my cloud recording not showing my video when screen sharing?

The thumbnail for the video has a fixed resolution of 224 by 126 pixels. The thumbnail will appear to be small in comparison to the shared screen resolution (for example, 4K resolution), if the shared screen resolution is very high.

The host had pinned a video during the meeting, but why does the cloud recording show active speaker view?
The cloud recording is not affected by pinning a video. The cloud recording can be spotlighted to only show the video of a specific participant.
Why is the cloud recording showing active speaker view when the meeting was in gallery view?
A gallery view in the cloud recording requires at least two attendees to have their video cameras on. Cloud recordings will display the active speaker view if only one camera is active.
Why is there a green box around the shared screen in the cloud recording?
The green box indicates the area that is going to be shared during the meeting. If you have a two-core computer and enable the option to optimize for full-screen video, then you will see the green border around the cloud recordings.
Playing cloud recordings
Why is there a video icon before the cloud recording starts playing?
When you view a cloud recording online, you will see an icon that resembles a camera as a loading indicator for the video. If you download the recording from the cloud and view it locally on your computer, this icon will not appear.
When playing the cloud recording using the share link, this error message shows: “The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.”
A copy of the original recording has been deleted or thrown away. I would suggest contacting the owner of the recording to see if the recording can be recovered from the trash bin.
Why is the cloud recording showing the wrong timestamp for displays for in-meeting chat messages?
A chat message’s timestamp is based on the meeting’s duration. The recordings’ duration is not taken into consideration.
I can’t access or download the cloud recording using the share link. How can I get access?

It is possible that the owner of the recording threw away the recording. Recordings that are placed in the trash will be deleted after 30 days. Please contact the owner of the recording so that they can try to retrieve the recording from the trash bin.
