Recover a deleted cloud recording in zoom App

Overview

Within 30 days of deleting a recording, Zoom allows you to recover it. The recording will be deleted permanently if it is deleted from the trash or if it is in the trash for 30 days.

Prerequisites

  • A licensed user who has enabled Cloud Recording

Instructions

  1. Visit the Recordings tab when you are logged into your Zoom account.
  2. In the top right corner, you will see a Trash link if there are any cloud recordings in the trash. This link shows you how many cloud recordings you’ve deleted in the last 30 days.
  3. You can recover those recordings by clicking the Recover link on the right.
  4. If you want to recover again, click Recover.
  5. It will then appear on your recording list again.
