Recover a Deleted Media On Hold File in webex

Using Cisco Webex Control Hub’s Media Manager, you can retrieve a file that you accidentally deleted from your system. In spite of this, there is no way to recover the file once you have removed it from your trash folder.

  1. You can access the Customer Dashboard at https://admin.webex.com by going to Services > Call > Settings, scrolling all the way down to Company Media On Hold, and then clicking on Media Manager.
  2. Depending on the type of file you want to recover, you can either choose the file from your trash folder or click on it to recover it.
