- From the customer view on https://admin.webex.com, navigate to Services > Call > Settings. From there, scroll down until you see Company Media On Hold, and then select Media Manager.
- You can recover a file by going to your trash folder, selecting the file you want, and then clicking the recover button.
In the event that you remove a file by mistake from your Media Manager in Cisco Webex Control Hub, it is possible to retrieve the file. You will not be able to recover the file, however, once it has been deleted from the trash folder on your computer.
