Remote Access Agent Does Not Connect on Windows Server 2003 in webex
Windows Server 2003 does not have a Remote Access agent that connects to it.
On Windows Server 2003, there is a blinking Remote Access agent.
On my Windows Server 2003 server, I am unable to connect to the Remote Access agent.
Note:
An SSL handshake response is received from the Webex RA server by the Remote Access (RA) agent after it calls the Wininet API to create an SSL connection. A connection will be created between the Wininet API and the certification server once a connection has been established. RA server connections may be terminated if the proxy or firewall does not contain an exception.
Cause:
Direct connections to certification servers are not allowed by most firewalls and proxy servers. Remote Access (RA) agents can experience this issue when they attempt to connect directly to the Webex server.
Solution:
It is recommended that you add the following addresses to your proxy exception list in order to resolve this issue. (crl.verisign.com and/or 12.158.80.10)
