Remove a participant from a breakout session-Webex
Before the commencement of a meeting’s breakout sessions, you, as a host or cohost of the meeting, have the ability to boot a member from the session. You have the ability to eliminate a panelist when using Webex Webinars.
- Desktop
- During meetings, the host and cohosts have the ability to boot attendees from breakout sessions if they so choose.
- Webinar hosts and their cohosts have the ability to boot panelists from breakout sessions at any time.
1.Clicking the Breakout sessions button will open the Breakout session assignment dialog box if it isn’t already visible on the screen.
At any given time, the Breakout session assignment dialog box can be opened by only one of the hosts or cohosts of the event.
2. Find the participant or panelist whose spot you no longer need in the list of breakout sessions, slide the mouse over their name while it is highlighted, and then click the Remove button.
