Remove a participant from a meeting on Board, Desk, and Room Series – Webex

You have the ability to terminate someone’s participation in a call or meeting that you are hosting.

On a Board, Desk, or Room Series device, the host and co-host of a Webex Meeting or a personal room meeting have the ability to disconnect a participant from a meeting at any time. Every participant in a Webex App meeting has the ability to excuse themselves from the meeting at any time.

1 To see a list of attendees for a meeting that you are hosting, go to the call controls and press the Participants button.

During a call, the participants button will be displayed on the home screen of your device or controller if you are using a DX, MX, or SX Series device.

2 Select the contact from whom you wish to disconnect.

3 Tap the Remove button to end the call.

4 Webex will inform the selected participant that they have been removed from the meeting.
