You can report problems to your administrator, gather and share phone logs, and do all of these things with the help of the Problem Reporting Tool (PRT).
1 Choose any one of the following things to do:
- Desk phones—Click on Applications
- Conference phones—Click on Settings
3 In the area labeled “Date of problem,” type the exact time and day that you came across the issue. By default, the date that is currently in effect is displayed in this field.
4 In the “Time of problem” area, enter the time that you were having issues with the system. This field is preset to display the current time whenever it is opened.
5 Select Problem description.
6 Pick a description from the drop-down menu that’s been provided.
7 Press Submit.
