Reporting suspected fraud on your account in zoom app
Zoom’s Trust & Safety team can provide assistance to you if you have noticed any unrecognized charges on your account, notice services that you did not purchase, or if you have any other concerns about your account activity that you would like to report. Please submit a request to them. As soon as Zoom’s Trust & Safety team is notified that fraud is being committed, we will take immediate action.
Note: Here are the steps you can take if your account was compromised by a hacker. Here’s how you can update your Zoom account’s email address if you need to change the one that is associated with your account.
How to report fraud or fraudulent charges on a Zoom account

In the section What can we assist you with? You will find a section that says Report Fraud or Fraudulent Charges.

Check if you hold a Zoom account.

The email address associated with your Zoom account should be entered if you checked Yes earlier.

Check to see if the charges you reported are fraudulent.

The additional required fields related to payment information will appear if you selected Yes in the previous step. You can repeat this as many times as you need to.

Describe the incident with your Zoom account number and any additional information as needed.

You can also attach screenshots, transcripts, or files, if you wish.

Click Send Code after entering your email address.
If you provided an email address, you will receive a verification code. -
Your email will contain a verification code. Enter it.

The Zoom Trust & Safety team will receive the request once you click Submit.
