Resolving Intel Iris Integrated Graphics issues in zoom App
Overview
When using Zoom’s desktop client, users may experience crashes or system freezes due to technical limitations with Intel Iris Integrated Graphics. Please follow these steps to resolve this issue:
- Log in to the Zoom desktop client.
- Click on your profile picture, then Settings.
- Select Video.
- Select Advanced.
- Select Direct3D9 from the dropdown menu under Video Rendering Method.
- The Zoom desktop client should now be restarted.
