Restart a Desk Phone or Analog Telephone Adapter in webex
When you are experiencing any problems using Cisco Webex Control Hub, you may be able to resolve them by restarting the device. It is the system’s policy to wait until the call has ended before restarting the device if the device is being used during an active call.
Before you begin
It may take some time for a device to restart after it has been reset. Please restart the device whenever possible during off-peak hours, in order to avoid any interruptions to the service. The user should be informed that the machine will be restarted if you are trying to resolve an issue they are presently experiencing.
- As a customer, in the admin panel on https://admin.webex.com, select the devices you wish to restart in the Devices section.
- Click on the Reboot option.
