Alternatively, if you have been unable to add or edit additional licenses due to non-payment, or if your Zoom subscription has been canceled due to non-payment, you must make sure the outstanding invoices are paid in order to subscribe to a Zoom plan and purchase the licenses you require.
Upon downgrading your account because of non-payment, a credit will be applied to the amount due so that you will only be responsible for the dates during which you had access to Zoom’s paid services. Using this method will eliminate any potential issues you may have with double billing in the future when you sign up for a new service period.
Note: Having access to billing permissions is only available to account owners, admins, or other roles that have billing permissions.
How to pay your outstanding balance
Locate your unpaid invoice number

If you are the owner or administrator of the Zoom account, please log into the Zoom web portal.

Select Account Management and then Billing from the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.

There will be a tab called Invoice History when you click it.

In order to view and download a PDF version of the outstanding invoice, you will need to search for the invoice and click Print.
In the top-left corner of the PDF document you will find the account number and invoice number of your account.
Use the invoice number to pay the overdue balance

Pay Now will take you to a page where you can proceed with your express payment.

Please enter your invoice number along with your account number.

Please click the Continue button to continue.

The invoice payment can be made by following the instructions on the screen.
How to subscribe to a Zoom plan

If you are the owner or administrator of the Zoom account, please log into the Zoom web portal.

Click the Account Management link in the navigation menu and then click the Billing tab.

You can upgrade your account by clicking on the Upgrade Account button on the Current Plans tab.

Click the Continue button when you have selected the plans you wish to purchase.

Ensure that your billing information is accurate and that your credit card number is current.

If you agree to the Terms of Service, please review them and select the check box.

To view the summary of your order, click Upgrade Now.

The purchase will be completed once you click the Confirm button.
