Retrieving diagnostic logs for On-Premise issues in Zoom App
On-premise appliances are equipped with built-in diagnostics. Diagnostic logs will be needed for further investigation when working with support to troubleshoot on-premise meetings or the appliance itself.
Instructions
- You can log in by going to https://IPaddress:5480 as an admin.
- Choose Diagnostics from the menu.
- Click Troubleshooting to proceed.
- Upon the server hitting the Zoom Cloud, it will then display the status of the Zoom Cloud connections, as well as information about the system and network.
- If you wish, you can download a compressed version of the full logs by using the option below the diagnostic window.
