Return a Call From a Voice Message in Cisco Jabber in webex

  1. To send a message, go to the and tap on the message you want to send.
  2. Click on the Call Back option on the Details screen for the voice message.

The following steps need to be followed if you wish to use Dial via Office (DVO):

  1. Accept the call by tapping the Answer button.

  2. On the keypad, you will be prompted to enter a number if you are prompted.

The corporate calling system places the callback for you after your acceptance of the call is received. It will open the native phone application in which the DVO call will be made.
