Scheduling a recurring webinar in zoom App
With Zoom, you can schedule recurring webinars at specified times and dates. A webinar can take place every day, every week, or every month. Generally, information on scheduling webinars can be found in Scheduling Webinars With and Without Registration.
Prerequisites for recurring webinars
- The Zoom Webinar Add-on (500, 1000, 3000, 5000, 10000, or 50000) is required for licensed users.
How to schedule a recurring webinar
- Access the Zoom web portal by signing in.
- Select Webinars.
- At the top of the page, click Schedule A Webinar.
- Specify the webinar topic and optionally add a description.
- Decide when the first webinar will take place, the duration, and the timezone.
- Select the option for recurring webinars.
- Select Recurring Webinars.
- Your other options may change depending on your choice:
- Daily allows you to specify that occurrences repeat every day, every two days, etc.
- It is possible to specify that an occurrence will repeat every week, every two weeks, and so on. There is also the option to specify multiple days of the week (for example, every 2 weeks on Mondays and Wednesdays)
- By using the recurring option, you can specify occurrences to repeat every month, every two months, and so on. There is also an option to specify if the occurrences are on a specific day of the month (for example, the 20th of every month) or on a specific day of the week (for example, the third Thursday of every month).
- With ‘No Fixed Time’, you are able to start the webinar at any time. However, your invitees will not be able to register in advance.
Note: - The maximum number of set occurrences of recurring webinars is fifty. No Fixed Time is not covered by this as there is no set number of times that this may occur.
- Specify the end date if the recurrence is daily, weekly, or monthly.
- If you want to host your webinar at a specific time or number of times, you can do so.
- Make sure participants register.
For recurring webinars such as daily, weekly, or monthly, this option is enabled by default, but not for those without a set time. - Specify one of the following options if registration is required and the webinar will recur:
- Attendees register once and can attend any of the occurrences:
- Attendance is open to all registrants. All webinar dates and times will be listed, and the registrant will be registered for all of them. All the registrants will be included in the corresponding registration report, regardless of which session they attend, while each session will have its own attendee report.
- Attendees need to register for each occurrence to attend:
- Each occurrence must be registered separately. Only one time and date can be selected per registration. Registrants/attendees for each scheduled session will be included in the registration and attendee reports.
- Attendees register once and can choose one or more occurrences to attend:
- Participants register once and can choose to attend one or more events. Participants will need to select the dates and times they wish to attend, and will only be registered for those events. It is possible to select more than one option. Registers and attendees for each scheduled session are included in the registration and attendee reports.
- Click the Schedule button after specifying video, audio, and other webinar options.

- You can display all webinar times by clicking Show all occurrences.
- Each occurrence can be edited or deleted from this page. Additional sessions can be added.
Note:
It is best to schedule your webinar series as closely as possible to your recurring schedule such as daily, weekly, or monthly, then edit the dates and times of occurrences that don’t fit your schedule.
