Send and Receive Video in Cisco Webex Support
Real-time support can be provided to your customers via video chat. Share your video first before allowing your customer to send theirs.

Send and Receive Video
The primary customer and the CSR are the only ones who can send video during the session, regardless of how many participants are present.
Choose one of the following:

Select Video from the Tools tab on your CSR dashboard.

Select the Video icon in the icon tray or multisession window.
Choose Start My Video.
The small screen displays your own video, and the large screen displays the customer’s video.
Start My Video is the option your customer should select when uploading their video.
CSR videos are shown on large screens and customer videos are shown on small screens.
The option to stop sending video is available if you or your customer wants to do so.
Optionally set the video settings
During a support session, you can edit the following video options when you are in the video options window of the support session:

A selection of cameras is available

In terms of video quality, it is excellent

There are two types of video resolutions and sizes: HD and SD

As you can see from the video, there is a lot of contrast and lighting
- Click on the Options button on the video panel.
- Make sure your video settings are correct.
