Send Email Messages to All Webex Site Users in Cisco Webex Control Hub
You can send an email to all of the users in your organization at once if you want to communicate anything to all of them at the same time.
- Go to the Services menu when you’re logged in as a customer at https://admin.webex.com.
2. Navigate to the Meeting menu and pick Sites. After selecting your location, choose Configure Site.
3. Choose the Email All Hosts option, enter your message, and then choose the Send button.
Do not include any variables that are found in the email templates for your Webex service in the message that you are sending to all of the users.
