Sending videos in Zoom Team Chat
It is easy to communicate between team members using Zoom Team Chat: it simplifies the communication process and allows team members to share files, images, gifs, GIFs, files, and videos throughout the chat, as well as play them directly in the chat window. In many cases, this eliminates the need to open the video file outside of Zoom, allowing you to streamline your workflow even further within Zoom by eliminating the need to open the video in another application.
Prerequisites for sending video files in a chat message

In addition to MP4 and M4V, MOV is also available

There is a maximum file size of 30 MB

Video files sent from the mobile app will be transcoded into an MP4 with 720p maximum resolution (H.264 codec with ACC stereo audio) once the video file is sent from the mobile app.

In order to specify the types of files and the file sizes that their users are permitted to send and receive, account owners and administrators can set up file transfer controls.
How to send a video in Zoom Team Chat
Windows | macOS

Launch Zoom’s desktop client by logging into your account.

To access Team Chat, click the tab on the left-hand side.

In order to send a video, you need to select the contact you would like to send it to, or the group chat, or channel.

The chat composition box can be found beneath the button File, or you can simply click and drag the file to the chat composition box.

You will need to select the source of the file.
Notes:-
The video will not be able to play in the desktop client if you share it from a third-party service as it will be sent as a link to the video file, instead of being sent as the actual video file.

A file that exceeds the 30 MB size limit of the server will be sent as a normal file transfer, which will need to be downloaded and accessed using another video application if the file exceeds the 30 MB size limit.

Select the file you would like to send from the file system and browse through it.
It is possible to cancel the upload of a file by clicking Cancel or X when it is about to upload. -

To send the message, press the Enter key.
Once the video has been uploaded, the video can be viewed by those who were sent the link to the video. As soon as you click the play button, the video will begin downloading, and you will be able to watch it once it has finished downloading. It is possible to control the video in a number of ways, including the following:

Play / Pause : Playback of the video can be started or paused at any time.

Elapsed time/total video length: Provides a summary of the current length of the video file and the amount of time elapsed since video playback began.

Playback slider : During playback, you have the option of skipping to another point in the video.

Volume : The volume of the video you’re sharing can be adjusted through this feature.

Expand : By doing so, you will be able to see more of the video on your desktop client.

Fullscreen : Makes it possible to view the video in full screen mode.

Using the Zoom mobile app, sign in to your account.

To access Team Chat, tap on the tab at the top of the screen.

You can choose to send the video to a contact, a group chat, or a channel that you want to share.

You can do this by tapping the plus sign.

Click on the Send a File or Photo Album button.

If you wish to send a file, browse to it and tap it. There will be an immediate start to the uploading of files.

In the chat window, you will be able to see the video. When you tap on the preview of the video, it will begin downloading and playing.
You will be able to send the video to recipients as soon as it has been uploaded. The play button can be used to download the video, and, once the video is downloaded, it will begin to play once it has finished downloading. It is possible to control the video in a number of ways, including:
