You will see serviceability messages on your screen if you are experiencing a problem with your room or desk device.
In the System Information section, you will find information about serviceability messages. The first thing you should do is navigate to the home screen and select the gearwheel icon. Then select the System Information option. There is a message that appears here if there is a problem detected by the room device.
Network ports blocked : There may be an impact on the quality of the call as a result of this. I believe a firewall might be blocking media on UDP port 33434 as the cause of this issue.
High temperature : There is a problem with the temperature of the system. The performance of the system may be affected as a result. The system could be made more efficient if the room temperature was lowered and direct sunlight was blocked.
Main display not detected : In order to make sure that the main display is working correctly on the video system, please check that it is turned on and connected to the correct video output. Automatic updates disabled : There will be no automatic updates to the system software.
