When you schedule a training session, you can assign breakout sessions. When you want to share information and collaborate with your attendees, breakout sessions are a great option.

Set up Breakout Sessions
You can set breakout session assignments in the Cisco Webex Training scheduler if your user account privileges allow you to host breakout sessions. Organizers can pre-assign trainers to breakout sessions. These settings can also be changed later from within the training session.
Preassign Breakout Session Participants
Training sessions can be schedule so that attendees are pre-assigned to breakout sessions in advance.
You can change the settings for breakout sessions in the scheduler by clicking Breakout Session Assignments:

Registering attendees before your training session is the only way to assign them to breakout sessions manually.

There must be between 1 and 100 breakout sessions.

There must be at least one attendee in a breakout session, but no more than 100.
