Setting notifications in OnZoom Notification Center

With OnZoom’s Notification Center, you can receive notifications about activity related to events and tickets via email or push notifications. Notification settings can be changed at any time in the Notification Center.

Prerequisites for notifications in the OnZoom Notification Center
- Zoom desktop client
- Windows: 5.6.3 or higher
- macOS: 5.6.3 or higher
- Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education account
How to differentiate notification settings (email or push notifications)
You can receive email and/or push notifications about these types of activities.
Receive Host-related notifications
Notifications related to hosts are sent when:
- There will be a sellout for one of my upcoming events
- Updates on Active Fundraisers
- Information about your events
- Refund requests from attendees
Receive Attendee-related notifications
Notifications related to Attendees can be received when:
- I’d like to rate the events I’ve attended
- based on the event fundraiser updates
- Updates about events you’ve attended
- Updates about gifted tickets
- My participation as an alternative host or panelist at an event
- The recordings of the events I have attended are available
- Updates about your favorited events
- It’s 24 hours before one of my events starts as a reminder
- I will be sending out invitations and special tickets
- Updates about events you are registered for
- Updates and reminders about your active subscriptions
- Surveys about events

You can receive miscellaneous notifications when:
- Announcements and updates about OnZoom
How to manage the Notification Center
You can view all the notifications you have received in the Notification Center. There is a red dot in your profile picture if you have received a notification related to one of the types of notifications you are enabled to receive.
View your notifications
Open the Notification Center to see your notifications:
- Log in to OnZoom.
- Click on your profile picture.
- Then click Notifications.
You will see your notifications in the Notification Center.
Manage your notifications
To manage your notifications, follow these steps:
- Log in to OnZoom.
- Select your profile picture.
- Select Notifications.
- You can manage your notification by clicking the ellipses to the right of the notification:
- Mark as Read:
- Marks the notification as read.
- Delete this Notification:
- The notification is removed from the Notification Center.
- Unsubscribe from this Host:
- You will no longer receive notifications from this host.t.
- Changing the notification status of all messages in the Notification Center to read is possible by clicking Mark All as Read at the top of the page.
- To delete all read notifications in the Notification Center, click Delete All Read at the top of the page.
Set your notification options
The following can be used to select the type of notification you want and how you want to receive it:
- Log in to OnZoom.
- Click your profile picture.
- Click Notifications.
- Select Settings.
You’ll see the Notification Settings page. - Select the checkboxes next to the notification types you want to receive under the OnZoom and/or Email columns.
- You can also deselect the checkboxes next to the notification types that you do not wish to receive anymore.
- Click Save.
Unsubscribe from notifications from a specific Host
If you don’t want to receive notifications from a particular Host, you can unsubscribe here:
- OnZoom can be accessed by signing in.
- Simply click the picture of your profile.
- Select Notifications.
- Click the ellipses to the right of the notification you want to block from the Host.
- Select Unsubscribe from this Host.
Unsubscribe from notifications from a specific Host through the unsubscribe link
With the unsubscribe link in the notification email, you can unsubscribe from notifications from a specific Host:
- Open your email application or sign in to your email account.
- Click on the notification email from OnZoom.
- You will find a link at the bottom of the email that allows you to unsubscribe from [Host’s name].
Resubscribe to notifications from a specific Host
To resubscribe to notifications from a specific Host:
- Log in to OnZoom.
- Click on your profile picture.
- Select Notifications.
- Select Settings.
- Click the * icon to the right of the name of the host you wish to resubscribe to under Hosts I’ve Unsubscribed From.
- Then click Resubscribe to this Host.
Hosts I’ve Unsubscribed From will no longer show the Host’s name. - Press Save.
