Setting your presence status in zoom app
Users can set their status on Zoom’s desktop client, mobile app, and PWA in order to let others know if they are available, in a meeting, or otherwise unavailable.
The status of your account is synced between all devices in your account when you set your status on one device. The mobile app will sync your status with the desktop client, if you set it on the desktop client, for example, and display the same status on the mobile app.
Note: Unless their account administrator has disabled presence status from displaying to external contracts, you will not be able to view the presence status for external contacts.
