Sharing Your Screen While Seeing All Meeting Participants in zoom app
In the case of Mac or Windows devices that are screen sharing, a panel will appear that is adjustable to show the video of the other participants.
Other layouts are available for the use of videos if you aren’t sharing content.
Prerequisites for sharing your screen while seeing all meeting participants

For Mac or Windows, you can use the Zoom Client

There is a new version of Windows Client 4.5.3261.0825 that provides an adjustable Gallery View Grid Panel
Showing the Video Panel

Start a meeting with your colleagues so that you can share your screen with them.

It is generally the case that this panel is visible by default, but if it is not, then you can follow the steps below to make sure that it does.

By clicking on the More button, you will be able to access the meeting controls.

The video panel will be visible once you click on the button at the top of the screen.

Active Speaker View
By clicking the Active Speaker Panel icon on the participant’s video, you will be able to view their video as a large Active Speaker panel.
Gallery View Strip
There is an icon at the top of the panel that will allow you to view participants in Gallery View by clicking it.
Note: As a default, when viewing the participants on your screen, they will appear as a horizontal film strip, however if you drag the video panel to either the top or bottom of your screen, the participants will appear as a vertical film strip.
Gallery View Grid
Grid settings will only appear if there are at least six participants (one person sharing the screen and at least five watching it) in the meeting.
In order to view the participants in a grid that you can adjust, click on the Grid icon.
Minimize Video Panel
By clicking the minimize icon at the bottom of the Video Panel, you are able to see only the faces of people who are actively speaking in the video.
Hide Video Panel
During the meeting, the video panel can also be hidden completely in order to maintain privacy.

Active Speaker View
The large Active Speaker Panel icon at the top of the panel will allow you to view the video of the participant as a large Active Speaker panel.
The Active Speaker Panel can be viewed in a smaller version by clicking on the smaller Active Speaker Panel icon in the sidebar.
Note: It is also possible to resize both options.
Gallery View
At the top of the panel, you will find the 4×4 grid icon. Select that icon to view participants in a Gallery View.
Note: If you drag the video panel up or down on your screen, the participants will appear in a horizontal film strip instead of a vertical strip. If you do not drag the video panel up or down on your screen, it will appear in a vertical strip.
Minimize Video Panel
When the minimize icon is clicked in the Video Panel, the Video Panel will only show the person who is actively speaking and the rest will be hidden.

During the meeting, the video panel can also be hidden completely in order to maintain privacy.
