Show a floating mini window when you’re multitasking in Webex Meetings
You may want to check what upcoming meetings you have on your iPhone or iPad while you are in a meeting, or change a setting in your app if you are in a meeting on your iPhone or iPad. You are able to navigate around the app while still seeing a floating mini window of the meeting along with the app to ensure that you do not miss anything important in the meeting.
Turn on picture-in-picture
- In the middle of a meeting, tap on the More options icon, and then tap the Settings icon.
- Make sure that Picture-in-Picture is toggled on.
Multitask during your meeting
- If you would like to go back to your list of meetings during a meeting, tap Back.
Whenever a speaker is active or if content has been shared, a floating window appears.
In the floating mini window that appears, you have the option of muting or unmuting yourself. You can move the floating mini window to a different location on your screen if it appears to be covering something on your screen, or you can close it if necessary.
It is not uncommon for the floating mini window to close if the Meetings app is closed and then reopened. When you reopen the app, tap the Return to Meeting button to see the meeting.
- If you would like to return to the meeting, you can double-tap the floating mini window.
