A custom document that contains Toll Free Calling Restrictions can be provided by Cloud Connected Audio (CCA) customers.

  1. Under Meeting, select Sites in the customer view. From here, you can select Sites under Meetings in the customer view of https://admin.webex.com.
  2. You can change the settings for any Webex site by selecting it from the drop-down menu and clicking on Configure Site.
  3. Select Site Options under the Common Settings section of the menu bar.
  4. If the Customer toll-free dialing restrictions drop-down list is selected from the drop-down list, the toll-free dialing restrictions will be applied.
  5. Choosing Yes will show the restrictions on the use of toll-free numbers by customers.
  6. The document can be provided on a web page by choosing a URL and entering the URL in the field that corresponds.
  7. Click on the PDF file tab and then click on the Upload File button to provide a PDF version of the document.
  8. You can select the file by browsing to its location, choosing the file, and clicking the Open button.
  9. Click on the Update button.
