Sign in to Webex Administration
You will be able to manage the Webex accounts of your users through Webex Administration.

A confirmation email will be sent to you after the creation of your Webex site.

Use Chrome or Firefox to access your site by clicking on the Getting Started link from that email.
As an alternative, you may enter the site URL in the browser address bar, which can be something like yoursite.webex.com.

Where is Webex administration?
As an administrator, you can access the admin page by typing https://SITENAME.Webex.com/admin, and replacing SITENAME with your actual site name branded with the Webex brand.
Why I cant sign in to Webex?
It is very important that you enter a valid email address. Entering a username is not necessary. Try logging in directly from your website instead of going through a third party. In this example, we will use the URL SITENAME, which will be replaced with the exact Internet address of your Webex site (for example, https://SITENAME.webex.com).
Who is the Webex administrator?
Typically, the person who manages and sets up your Webex site is the one who is responsible for setting it up. In addition to setting up your account, they will also manage the settings of your account for you. There is no Webex site administrator for those who are on the free version of Webex. How do I connect to Webex without signing in?
In a Webex meeting you will be allowed to join as a guest, without needing to sign in to the Cisco Webex Meetings desktop app. Click on the Use as guest option on the Cisco Webex Meeting desktop app once it has been opened. Click on Continue when you have entered your name and email address, if necessary.
Do I need to Sign In to use Webex?
To join a meeting that you have been invited to, you do not need to have a Webex account to do so. In order to join the meeting, you will need to receive an email invitation that will provide you with the necessary information. If you would like to receive an invitation for your meeting, please contact the organizer.
