Starting/joining a meeting from Zoom Room
A Zoom Room can be joined or a meeting can be started in several ways from the Zoom Room itself. It is possible to start your Zoom Room session from the meeting list of the calendar service if your Zoom Room is integrated with it. In addition to joining by phone, you can also enter a meeting ID or call out for a meeting.
Prerequisites for starting or joining a meeting from a Zoom Room

A minimum version of Zoom Rooms Global or a higher version is required

There must be a global minimum version or higher of the Zoom Rooms controller
How to start a scheduled meeting as the host

You can do this by tapping the Home button on the Zoom Room controller.

If you would like to schedule a meeting, tap the topic.
Note: It is necessary to integrate Zoom Room with a calendar service in order to display meetings that are listed in a calendar, such as Google Calendar, Office 365, Exchange 2016/13, Exchange 2010 or Exchange 2007. -
To begin, tap the Start button.
How to start an instant meeting

On the left side of the screen, tap Contacts.

You can meet with a contact by tapping on their name.

It is as simple as tapping Meet to get started.
How to join a meeting using the meeting ID

The left panel will have a Home button on it.

Enter the meeting ID on the number pad by tapping Join and then entering the meeting ID on the screen.

Click on the Join button.
Note: If there is more than one Zoom Room joining a meeting, the Zoom Room that joins first becomes the host of the meeting. The host key can be used to claim the host role if you’re supposed to be the host.
How to join a meeting using meeting history

You can find the Home button on the left side of the screen.

The latest meetings that have been joined can be seen by tapping Join, then tapping the icon.

To join a meeting, you need to tap the meeting topic.
Note: Meeting history can be viewed by entering either the meeting ID or the meeting number in the website’s meeting history page.
