Starting or joining a meeting as the host in zoom app
Several methods are available to meeting hosts in case they need to start or join a scheduled meeting. Zoom’s desktop, mobile, H.323 and SIP clients as well as web browsers are all available for hosts to use in starting meetings.
Using your host key, you can call in and start a meeting. Dial-in meetings can be started here.

How to start or join a meeting that you’re hosting
Windows | macOS

Launch the Zoom client on your desktop and sign in

Go to the Meetings tab and click on it.

Choose the meeting you would like to start under the Upcoming tab.
There will be an additional list of options available to you.

Then click on the Start button.
Linux

Launch the Zoom client on your desktop and sign in

Go to the Meetings tab and click on it.

Hover over the upcoming meeting you would like to start under Upcoming.
You will then be able to choose from additional options.

Then click on the Start button.
PWA

Become a Zoom PWA member by signing in

Select the Meetings tab from the menu on the left.

If you want to start a meeting, you need to click on it.
You will be presented with additional options. -
Then click on the Start button.
Android | iOS

Launch the Zoom client on your desktop and sign in

Using the tab Meetings, select the meeting that you want to attend.

When you are ready to start the meeting, tap Start next to it.
Web

My meetings can be accessed by logging in.

The meeting you wish to start is listed under Upcoming Meetings and you can select Start next to it.

As soon as the meeting starts, the Zoom client should be launched automatically.

Ensure that you are logged into the same browser as you are using to access zoom.us/profile.

Using the URL Link provided in your e-mail or on the invitation in your calendar, you can start the meeting.

As soon as the Zoom client launches, the meeting should start automatically.
H.323/SIP
A host key will be needed in the dial string if you are trying to start a meeting from a H.323 or SIP device as the meeting host. At zoom.us/profile, you will be able to find your host key. Take a look at what host keys are and how they work.
H.323
The following dial strings can be used to call out from the device:
Meetings without a passcode:
[IP Address]##[Meeting ID]###[Host Key] Example: 192.168.1.25##123456789###123456
Meetings with a passcode:
[IP Address]##[Meeting ID]#[Passcode]#[Layout]#[Host Key] Example: 192.168.1.25##123456789#12345#11#123456
SIP
The following dial strings can be used to make a call from the device:
Meetings without a passcode:
[Meeting ID]…[Host Key]@[IP Address] Example: 123456789…123456@192.168.1.25
Meetings with a passcode:
[Meeting ID].[Passcode]..[Host Key]@[IP Address] Example: 123456789.12345..123456@192.168.1.25
