Stream Webex Meetings, Webex Webinars, or Webex Events (classic) on YouTube
YouTube Live simplifies hosting Webex meetings, webinars, and events on YouTube without the need to download or install any plug-ins. By using Webex controls, hosts can easily share video and content on social media to reach large audiences.

Your Webex administrator must enable live streaming.
In live streaming, sharing a whiteboard and files, including video files, is not supported.
To sign into YouTube, you need a Google account. Your YouTube channel must be enabled for live streaming.
Enabling live streaming for the first time may take up to 24 hours.
Before you plan to live stream your meeting or event, make sure you have signed up for YouTube Live and are familiar with its process.
- Sign up for a Google account to access YouTube.
- You can go live by clicking Go live in the upper right corner of the window.
- Select New stream from the Stream menu.
- Click CREATE STREAM after filling out the form.
There are two streams: one with a key and one with a URL. Step 7 requires copying and pasting these.
 Using the Share button, you can let your audience know about the live stream.
- You can start live streaming by logging into your Webex account, starting your meeting, webinar, or event, clicking More options, and then choosing Start live streaming.
During a practice session or event, live streaming isn’t available.
- The video layout for your stream can be set by clicking the Change streaming layouts button (optional).

- Choose another streaming service.
- Here is what you need to enter:

Enter YouTube Live for streaming services.

Using the stream URL you copied from Step 4, paste the Target stream link.

Step 4 streams key should be copied and pasted for Target stream key.
- In order to begin streaming from a Meeting, Webinar, or Event (classic), click on the Start streaming button.
There is a Live indicator in the upper-right corner of Meetings, Webinars, or Events (classic) that lets you know if you’re streaming from those meetings, webinars or events.
- Once you are ready to begin streaming your presentation on YouTube and you have a thumbnail preview of your live stream, go to YouTube, and wait for your preview to appear, and then start broadcasting your meeting or event live on YouTube.
- The live stream will appear in a preview window at the upper right of your screen after clicking the Go Live button.
On your YouTube channel, you will now be able to view a live streaming of your meeting or event.
The live video can be shared with other people simply by clicking on the Share button under the video.
You will see a Webex logo during the streaming of a Webex meeting to YouTube. At the moment, it is not possible to remove the logo from the site.

In YouTube Studio, select the End Stream option and then select the End button.

If you want to stop the streaming of a webinar, meeting, or event, go back to the meeting, webinar, or event, and select More Options.
