Email addresses can be subscribed to be periodically notified about call logs, usage profiles, billing profiles, or historical call queue data. You will receive an email notification with a ZIP file attached that contains all relevant reports as CSV files.

Prerequisites for subscribing to email notifications for logs and reports

  • Business, education, or pro accounts
  • Can be owned or managed
  • By Zoom Phone
  • The Power Pack add-on is required to subscribe to historical call queue reports

How to subscribe to email notifications for call logs, usage reports, or charge reports

Subscribing to periodic call logs, usage reports, or charge reports can be done via email. At the frequency specified, a CSV version of the historical reports will be emailed. For instance, once per week.

Note:

Even if you have enabled multiple sites, you can only change this setting at account level.

  1. Log into the Zoom web portal by entering your Zoom username and password.
  2. Click on the Phone System Management option under the navigation menu, then click on Company Information.
  3. At the top of the page, click Account Settings.
  4. You will find the Others section down below.
  5. You click Subscribe or Subscription for Zoom Phone Reports when you see it appears next to it.
  6. It is necessary to click Add if you previously subscribed to emails or click the ellipses (…) to edit or unsubscribe (unsubscribe) if you had previously subscribed to emails.
  7. Type your information here:
    • Subscription Name:
    • Give your subscription a display name. Email notifications will not include this name.
    • Email the report to:
    • You’ll receive notifications via email if you enter this address.
    • Report Type:
    • Charts or Detail Reports. You will receive the reports
    • Frequency:
    • Choose how often you want to receive them.
    • Delivery Time:
    • Choose the day on which the reports will be sent if you selected a weekly or monthly frequency.
    • Time Zone
  8. Make sure the checkbox is checked, then click Save.

How to subscribe to email notifications for call queue historical reports or access reports

Reports can be accessed or subscribed to via email. At the specified frequency; for example, every week, these emails will contain a CSV version of the reports.

Note:

The call queue settings allow you to choose whether to receive email notifications for call queue real-time analytics.

  1. As a member or administrator of the call queue, access the Zoom web portal.
  2. Select Analytics & Reports from the navigation menu.
  3. Choose Call Queue Historical Reports from the drop-down menu.
  4. You will be redirected to the bottom-right corner of the screen. Click Subscribe or Subscription.
  5. You can create a new subscription by clicking Add as if you have already subscribed, or edit or delete your subscription by clicking the ellipses button (…).
  6. Please enter the following details:
    • Subscription Name:
    • Give the subscription a name so that it can be identified. You do not need to include this name in the email notifications.
    • Email the report to:
    • Those who will be receiving email notifications should enter their email addresses here.
    • Report Type:
    • The Chart Report can be subscribed to or the Detail Report can be subscribed to. Both of these reports will be emailed to you.
    • Frequency:
    • You can choose how often the emails will be sent to you.
    • Delivery Time:
    • You should select the day on which the reports will be sent if you selected a weekly or monthly frequency.
    • Time Zone
  7. You can confirm your selection by checking the box, then click Save.
