Supported ZDM upgrade/downgrade processes in zoom app
It is possible to upgrade the Zoom app, the operating system, and the firmware of a variety of devices using Zoom Device Management (ZDM), which allows you to manage your devices through the Zoom app. These tables contain information related to the supported processes for Zoom Rooms and Zoom Phone Appliances for your Zoom Rooms or Zoom Phone Appliances.

(a): There is no direct support for automatic or manual app updates on Logitech devices. The firmware update is the method used to accomplish this.

(b): This feature is supported on versions 5.7.0 and higher. A version of 5.8.0 or higher is required to use the Personal Zoom Room.

(c): There is only support for DTen D7 at the moment.
