Syncing calendars in zoom app
You can add Zoom meetings to your upcoming meetings using Zoom’s iOS app and easily check your calendar for any Zoom meetings that are scheduled in your calendar. Zoom will send you reminders if you have enabled reminders on your calendars and you’ve added Zoom meetings to those calendars.
Prerequisites for syncing calendars

Client for Zoom on the desktop

The following version of Windows is required: 5.7.6 (1055) or higher

The Mac OS must run version 5.7.6 (1320) or higher in order to run

The Linux operating system must be running at least 5.7.6 (31792.0820) or higher

App Zoom for mobile devices

A minimum of Android version 5.7.6 (1900) is required

A minimum of iOS 5.7.6 (1056) is required

The iOS Calendar app has been updated with calendars
Setting up synced calendars

Zoom’s mobile app can be accessed by logging into your Zoom account.

On the Settings screen, tap the gear icon.

Meetings can be accessed by tapping them.

You can sync your calendar by tapping the Sync Calendars button.

The toggle for synchronizing Zoom Meetings with calendars should be set to on.

If you would like any of your calendars to be synchronized with Zoom, simply tap on them. The calendars you have selected will appear with a blue check mark next to them.
Joining meetings from synced calendars

Tap Meetings on the control bar at the top of the screen.

You will be able to join the meeting by tapping on it.

Click on the Join/Start button.
