Syncing external Zoom meetings to Salesforce
The Zoom web portal may be used by Salesforce users to create Zoom meetings, but the Zoom desktop client may also be used by Salesforce users. This integration allows Zoom meetings to be synced into Salesforce as events by reviewing Zoom meetings on the Zoom portal and creating Salesforce events that match contacts and leads in Salesforce using the Zoom integration.
How to configure background jobs
For the background job to be enabled and configured, follow these steps:

If you are an administrator of Salesforce, log in to the system.

Open Zoom Configuration from the App Launcher by clicking on it.

Choose the check box next to Create Events for Non Salesforce Zoom Meetings for matching Contacts / Leads under the section Create Events for Non Salesforce Zoom Meetings.

You can choose when the job should start as well as the interval between starts.

Save the file by clicking the save button.
