Syncing Zoom Events to your calendar
Your Zoom Events registrations can be synced to your Google, Yahoo, Outlook, or iCal calendar so that you can view them whenever you like. Syncing Zoom Events events with your Zoom desktop client is also possible if you have calendar and contact integration set up in your Zoom account. It is a useful feature for keeping track of multiple events at the same time and making them easy to access.

How to sync event schedule as an attendee
Sync event schedule from the confirmation page
When you have completed the checkout process, you will see a confirmation page which will allow you to sync Zoom Events events.
From the confirmation page, you will need to follow the following steps:

The Zoom Event can either be a free event or a paid event.

After completing the registration process, click Google, Yahoo, Outlook, or iCal to sync the event to your calendar once you have completed the registration process.
Note: If you are not already logged in to your calendar account, you will be asked to do so in order to access your calendar. The next time that Zoom asks you for permission to sync with your calendar’s account, you should click Allow if you are asked to do so. -
The Zoom Events event will now be synced with your calendar so you can see it as soon as you are redirected.
Sync event schedule from the Tickets page
In order to sync from the Tickets page, follow these steps:

Zoom Events can be accessed by signing in.

You will find the Tickets button at the top of the right corner of the page.
Your registered events will appear in a list on the next page. -
Using the Upcoming tab, find the event you would like to add to your calendar, then click View Order on the event you want to add.

If you choose the Add to option, you will be able to sync the event to your Google, Yahoo, Outlook, or iCal calendars.
Note: There will be a prompt asking you to log in to your calendar account if you have not already done so. It is possible for Zoom to ask you to allow access to link with your calendar if you are prompted to do so. -
The Zoom Events event will now be synced with your calendar so you can see it as soon as you are redirected.
How to sync event session schedule as a speaker
The tickets for a speaker who participates in the event as a special-role user will be labelled as a Special-Role Ticket. These tickets will include an option to export and sync the calendar with the session times during which the speaker will participate in the event. The entire event duration will not be blocked off in the speaker’s calendar for the entire duration of the event.
Sync event session schedule from the speaker portal
In order to sync your speaker portal page with the sessions you are a speaker at, you will need to follow these steps:

Zoom Events can be accessed by signing in.

Whenever you are assigned as a speaker to an event in the previous, today’s, or upcoming section, click on the event you are assigned to.
As a speaker, you will be able to see a list of all My Sessions in which you are invited to speak. -
On the My Sessions page, you will see a button that says View and export my session(s) in the top-right corner of the page.
The event schedule will appear on the calendar, along with a description of the event. -
Select Export to My Personal Calendar in the top-right corner of the screen.
As a result, you will receive a .ics file that you can open and sync your event schedule to your own personal calendar by clicking this link.
Sync event session schedule from the Tickets page
The following steps can be taken from the Tickets page to sync the sessions you are a speaker at:

Zoom Events can be accessed by signing in.

You will find the Tickets button at the top of the right corner of the page.
Your registered events will appear in a list on the next page. -
On the Upcoming tab, select the event you would like to add to your calendar with the sessions you would like to add, and then click View Order next to that event.

The View and export sessions button can be found to the right of the Special-Role Ticket denomination.
The .ics file that you will download will contain the schedule for the event sessions. You will be able to open this file and sync it with your personal calendar.
Sync event session schedule from an email
You will receive an email to confirm your registration once you have completed the registration process for any free or paid event.

If you have received a confirmation email from Zoom Events, please open it.

You can view and export your sessions by clicking View and export sessions.
